Our Refund Policy
Due to the unique characteristics of all Crystals we do not offer a refund if the Crystal is different to the photo shown.
If the item(s) purchased do not meet the standards and requirements of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and/or the Sale of Goods Act 1908, Aura Elixir will provide a full refund.
The item(s) must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it, within seven (7) days of receiving your item(s) .
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If the Bottle or Crystal is damaged during shipping please do not attempt to drink from the Bottle. Contact as as soon as possible and we will provide a refund or send a replacement. Each Bottle is checked by hand before being sent.
Our Shipping Policy
New Zealand Shipping
We offer free delivery on tracked shipping within New Zealand - rural delivery excluded.
Rural delivery costs $7.00.
All orders within New Zealand will be delivered via Fastway and will be sent out within 2-4 business days from placement of order.
Deliveries to rural addresses may take a little longer than the time indicated.
We use NZ Post International Air. Orders are sent out within 2-4 business days from placement of order.
Delivery takes approximately 3 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
Your privacy is important to us here at Aura Elixir and your information is treated as confidential. Aura Elixir does not collect personally identifiable information from our website without your knowing.
Aura Elixir does not store or keep credit card numbers from any online transactions.
Aura Elixir may collect stats about our website visitors. We will never share this information with third parties for any purpose other than our shipping company.

Damaged Goods in Transit
While we will ensure to the best of our ability when dispatching our products that they are not damaged or faulty, we will not be held responsible for damage caused during transit/delivery by third party Courier providers.
Health and Safety
Aura Elixir will not be held responsible for any damage and or injuries caused to you directly or indirectly if you continue to use our product whilst damaged or faulty as a result of damage caused during delivery, or damage caused by incorrect usage. Please exercise your own duty of care & do not continue to use this product if it is broken or damaged. Parts of our product range are made of glass elements and as such need to be used and treated as fragile items.
